چکیده
Research question Does endometriosis increase obstetric and neonatal complications, does assisted reproductive technology (ART) cause additional risk of maternal or fetal morbidity? Design A nationwide cohort study (2013–2018) comparing perinatal morbidities in three groups single pregnancies: spontaneous pregnancies without endometriosis; with ART women endometriosis. Results Mean ages were 30.0 (SD = 5.3), 31.7 4.8) 33.1 years 4.0), for conceptions, conceptions groups, respectively (P < 0.0001). Comparison conceptions: independently increased the venous thrombosis (adjusted OR [aOR] 1.51, P 0.001), pre-eclampsia (aOR 1.29, placenta previa 2.62, placental abruption 1.54, premature birth 1.37, small gestational age 1.05, 0.001) malformations 1.06, 0.049). endometriosis: 2.43, 95% CI 2.10 to 2.82, 1.42, 1.29 1.55, 1.18, 1.10 1.27, from effect Risk pre-eclampsia, congenital was not ART. Conclusion Endometriosis is an independent factor mother child morbidities. Maternal morbidity significantly by addition however, some risks increasingly linked pathologies related infertility.

Endometriosis-Related Infertility: The Role of the Assisted Reproductive Technologies
The assisted reproductive technologies, particularly in vitro fertilization (IVF), represent the most efficient and successful means of overcoming infertility associated with endometriosis. Although older studies suggest that IVF outcomes are compromised in endometriosis patients, more contemporary reports show no differences compared to controls. The exception may be evidence of poorer outcome...
متن کاملEndometriosis and assisted reproductive technologies: maximizing outcomes.
In vitro fertilization (IVF) represents the most efficient means of overcoming endometriosis-related infertility. Compromised pelvic anatomy and a hostile peritoneal environment are bypassed. Despite the results of early trials, more contemporary outcomes data would suggest that when controlled for age, IVF cycle outcome is not compromised by the presence of endometriosis. One exception to this...
متن کاملHeterotopic Pregnancy after Assisted Reproductive Techniques
Heterotopic pregnancy (HP) is the simultaneous occurrence of intra- and extrauterine pregnancies. It is a rare event in spontaneous pregnancies with an incidence of less than 1:15000 however the frequency has increased to 1% in accordance with the widespread use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART). The pre-operative diagnosis of this condition is generally difficult and it would be life t...
متن کاملDiscontinuation Decision in Assisted Reproductive Techniques
Background In vitro fertilization (IVF) and intra cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) are recognized as established and increasingly successful forms of treatment for infertility, yet significant numbers of couples discontinue treatment without achieving a live birth. This study aims to identify major factors that influence the decision to discontinue IVF/ICSI treatments. MaterialsAndMethods We ...
